How strong is the existing scientific evidence? 80%+ means published preclinical data supports the mechanism.
How unexplored is this approach? High score means few researchers are investigating this — M.O. finds what others miss.
How transformative if validated? 80%+ means potential cure or major disease modification, not just marginal improvement.
How practical to develop? Repurposed drugs with safety data score highest. Novel compounds needing new chemistry score lower.
